    ver mechanical closure.  It says .... Compliments of Otto Flieth - 13626 Indiana Ave. - Riverdale Ills. - Phone 293.  To open, you spring the tiny right piece out, then the hand automatically flips up, then you push the eye shaped piece down to finally open the purse.
