  • Condition: The wrap is in nice shape with no extra holes and the seam is tight. There’s some tape or tape residue in two spots. The bearing edges are good. The throw off, tone control and snares are good. The butt adjusting knob is missing. The small washer fell out and it’s included. One bolt for the butt mounting bracket is missing. A few lugs have minor pitting. The inside of the drum is nice. A magnet does not stick to the hoops. They are both in good shape. Both heads have some wear.

    Description

    This drum has the black and brass Niles oval badge with no serial number (1960-1962).
    It has an 8” shell, 14” head and 8 lugs.
    I believe the wrap is silver sparkle.
    (take a look at the pictures)
    The wrap is in nice shape with no extra holes and the seam is tight.
    There’s some tape or tape residue in two spots.
    The bearing edges are good.
    The throw off, tone control and snares are good.
    The butt adjusting knob is missing.
    The small washer fell out and it’s included.
