Our machine are built to be tough and can be worked intensely every day for the hours required by customer demand.

All our machines include an electronic board to regulate the length of the pellets with high precision.
Our machines are very versatile, they allow to vary the size of the pellets in 6/8/10/12 mm just by changing the front matrix very easily for a better fit.
The normal working temperature is 100 to 120 but if the operator needs another temperature there are no problems, because the pyrometer and the resistances are of adjustable temperature to the need.
The extruder has 3 motors in total, for the main drive, for the feeder, and for the front cutter blade.

Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery. The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. Users are responsible for paying the replaced parts and relative charges. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation. If any components are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING
The shipping Price is base in shipping to a business with unloading dock or unloading facility. If you need the item ship to any different place please let us know and we will quote you accrue shipping cost. If item is ship and different condition at delivery without previously quote it could generated and invoice to you for the shipping different.
