Important Tips!
►Please always keep use the food pusher. Keep your fingers out of the opening.
►We recommend is to leave the attachment head a little loose while grinding. If you tighten the head too much it won’t allow the shaft to move freely which to it puts stress on your mixer motor.
►As recommended when grading softer cheese, store the cheese in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before shredding.
►Make sure grinding blade in correct direction(install blade sharp side outward).
