. I am a farmer and I am listing 30 days of deer hunting during the 2020 deer season on my private farm.
You should come and take  a look at my farm before purchasing this lease. I will gladly show you my farm.
Lease will be for Deer only 2020 season from September 1st to December 1st 2020 season.
I require 0 as the deposit on this lease. lease deposit is non refundable
Remaining Lease Payment of 00 is to be paid within 15 days
Full Lease Payment is to be made within 15 days from the time of deposit ( Non Refundable deposit).
Total amount of hunter on this lease is Three (3) hunters that you want to hunt with you. All included in the 00
Farm size is 200+ acres (Can add more acres for more Money)
Location is Eastern Kentucky zip code is 40360
You must have a valid Kentucky Hunting license and deer permit and follow KY hunting rules.
You must carry hunters liability insurance and sign a liability wavier.
This is a fair chase hunt. I do not guide but I will show you the best place for success.
I will not guarantee your success for a Trophy Buck.
I would prefer no doe's to be taken. Bucks limited as allowed by Fish And Wildlife Rules.
I do not provide any lodging, there is a new Holiday Inn Express within 12 miles with plenty of fast foods and restaurant's.
I do not have tree stands in place but you can cut limbs and put up stands any where you want.
I am not a outfitter and I have never leased my farm before for hunting. Only me or my son have hunted my farm in the past.
I do have cattle on my farm
You can pick and choose your days at anytime during the season to hunt , max of 30 days per hunter . Bow , muzzle loading , rifle
You should come and look at my farm before you purchase and I will gladly show it to you and then you can decide if this is the right place for you.
When you lease my farm , I WILL NOT lease to any other hunters. The lease will be yours and no other hunter will hunt at anytime during 2020 deer season.
You will need a ATV to hunt the best places on my farm . I do not provide ATV's
Rolling hills and light hollows with cleared ridges and woods.
Over 1000 acres of non farmed wooded land lays almost all the way around my farm.
There are no poisonous snakes , Bears or Wild Hogs on my farm.
4 acres of soybeans planted on the front of my farm with 20 acres of hayfields that deer eat.
I will help you with deer killed in the woods and help drag them out .
I have a barn with city water to clean game . I will help with field dressing, but hide removal and quartering is your responsibility
If the hunting goes good and you want to lease again next year you will be first in line to lease . Multiple years will be available
So why lease from a outfitter and hunt land that is hunted every day by other hunters
When you can have 200 acres and no others hunters will be there hunting before or after you hunt.
I am only leasing to a set of three hunters or one if you prefer to keep it all for yourself.
