Tenderize meat up to 1-1/4" thickness. Comes with LEM .35 HP motor. Motor is self lubricating and never needs maintenance. Tenderize the toughest cuts of meat using the power of the LEM grinder. Easily disassembles for clean up. Body is made of durable powder painted aluminum. No tools or assembly required. Chute Dimensions 1-1/4" x 4 1/2" x 8". Can easily be converted into a jerky slicer by purchasing the slicer driven shaft and blades, # 433J-4A (not included in this listing).
This meat tenderizer is excellent for beef, pork, chicken, venison, elk and all other game meats!
Key tip: For great performance with any tenderizer, it's very important that your meat is chilled to about 32 degrees F. Warmer meat will tear and mush, and these problems are eliminated by proper chilling. Room temperature meat can be flash-chilled by placing on trays one layer thick in a freezer for 20 minutes.
