    evenly browned though not fragile, front cover with partially blacked out (mailing?) label that caused some puckering, otherwise a good example of this scarce anti-smoking newsletter.
    "The No Tobacco League of America is a young organization, but already it has found that education rather than suppression is the best method to combat injurious habits, so it will not ask for prohibition legislation in its war on the weed, the secretary, Charles Filmore of Indianapolis, an nounced here today, as the state con vention of the league opened at Au rora college. Six states already have been organized for the educational campaign. They are: Indiana, Kan sas, Ohio, Michigan, California and Iowa. Saving the girls and the boys from the cigarette is the task which de mands an immediate girding for bat tle, Mr. Filmore said."
