    Philadelphia born, Manhattan transplant Edwin Megargee (1883 to 1958) was an American artist of note, known for his animal-themed artworks. This beautiful Husky work features an Alaskan sled team winterscape and a summery gin cocktail theme. An odd but delightfully collectible combo!
    We rescued the ad from a 1940 news and culture magazine and
    trimmed away a good bit of browning at the edges - now it's all set for you
    to mount, frame, use in your crafting or throw in an acrylic frame or magnet back and decorate your fridge, home bar or wherever you park your dogsled ;)
