    One side is a bowl and the other is flat, so you can chop on either side.
    The 6 inch Ulu knife fits perfectly in the bowl to make chopping easy and quick. Block is made of Alaskan birch and American walnut. Knife and stand are made of one or the other, as per picture. Etch on handle rendered by one of seven renown Alaskan native artists.
    The Ulu has been an important part of the Alaskan native culture for thousands of years. Its uses include skinning, fileting, slicing, dicing, mincing, and more.
