We have some Titanium 99.995% pure sputter targets.
The dimensions of the targets are 1" diameter x 0.125" thick. We also stock these at 1.3" diameter and 1.5" diameter for the same price.

We are a full-service metallurgy lab we can offer any other size you might want in this material.
