This is my personal timeshare- I own a total of 3 weeks and cannot use all the days this year.

This is a privately owned timeshare unit so NO annoying sales tours or presentations to be obligated too and NO hidden fees or room taxes to pay for. If you WANT to take a timeshare tour, you can ASK for one, they will give you and your family free breakfast and other free stuff-we do it every year and get free golf-it's worth the hour of hassle. Again, you can request it but you dont have too if you dont want to.
Once paid, you will receive a voucher in your name to present upon check-in

Once paid it is non-refundable and the only change allowed is the name of the person checking in.

Since I must pay to issue a guest certificate in order for you to check-in, there are no refunds once this certificate is issued. You can always try and resell the week yourself.
Once payment is received, I will contact the resort and order the guest certificate-it usually takes a few business days to receive it. Once I receive that, I will email it to you and also mail it to you. This certificate is what you will need to check in.
Local pick-up is welcome and free. If you plan on paying locally, the auction will not end until payment is received.
