The large hopper holds up to 40 pounds of ground beef, chicken, pork, turkey, or other meats, featuring a clear plastic lid to prevent countertop contamination while still allowing you to keep an eye on your mixture and adjust seasonings through the ingredient slot. Each piece of the countertop meat mincer is made from food-grade stainless steel and is easily disassembled for cleaning. Can also connect to select Valley Sportsman #8, #12, #22 or #32 meat grinders (not included) for electric operation.
