Item is in used but good condition with no rips or tears or cracks observed. The pouch is of a folding/clam shell design with one internal pocket with flap and open pocket behind it. It’s is unsure if item is made of leather, pleather, or some other material. The internal pocket is embossed with an unknown crest/ coat of arms or heraldry with Acrem Tenete written on a scroll.
