Vintage Wallet Neiman Marcus France Maroon Leather Scales 1980s Kiss Lock Glam. This is a darling 1980s wallet. It is made by Neiman Marcus in France. It has maroon a leather that has a texture of scales. On one side, the leather has lost some shininess and has a few specs of blue.
